The first part of the session was focused on key aspects related to persuasive communication throughout an exercise based on brief one-minute speeches related to the core topic of the seminar. The nesocratic dialogue outlined, on one hand short-term aspects such as the importance of communication transparency, participation process, conflict management, the value of human capital, and, on the other hand, the relevance of generating a commitment able to link people with a common objective, which in the case study analysed had as a benefit the incresement of involvement and productivity.
