| The strategic dialogue that anticipates university change |
Higher education institutions coexist with constant technological, social and economic transformations that pose new institutional challenges. The CUDU UPC constitutes a knowledge hub that promotes training and debate to support them in implementing policies that respond to new challenges and promote innovation and social engagement.
One of the recent initiatives is the launch of the new postgraduate programme in Leadership and University Transformation during the 2026–2027 academic year. This is a pioneering educational offering designed to equip the leadership teams and managers tasked with guiding academic institutions into the future. The 15-ECTS programme (74 teaching hours) will be taught through the UPC School, and awards a UPC-issued diploma of expertise.
