Project aTM (598111-EPP-1-2018-1-ES-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP): Promoting Modern Talent Management Practices in Asian Higher Education institutions
The overall aim of the aTM projects it to improve the activities and processes that involve the systematic attraction, identification, development, engagement, retention and deployment of those employees which are of particular value to Asian HEI in order to create strategic sustainable success.

Project WP@ELAB (598929-EPP-1-2018-1-PT-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP): World Pendulum Alliance
The main goal of the project is to improve the quality of higher education, in the fields of mathematics, sciences and ICT, by promoting the uptake and use of Remote Experiments in the context of education. In order to achieve this objective the project will be deploying the first global network of remote experiments: the World Pendulum, which will act as a simple and attractive stepping stone for using Remote Experiments by teachers and students.

Project WELCOME (573655-EPP-1-2016-1ES-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP): Towards Incoming International University Communities
WELCOME project will carry out a study on the level of Internationalisation of Kazakhstani and Chinese universities, incoming university stakeholders’ indicators, and marketing actions; create a portal of Kazakhstani & Chinese Universities for Internationalisation; establish Service-Oriented International Relations Offices; train the International Relations managers and staff; develop and implement Strategic & Marketing plan for internationalisation on the institutional level.

Project ROAD (574243-EPP-1-2016-1-PT-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP): Regional Objectives of Administrative Development
ROAD project will enhance local development strategy of Kyrgyz and Turkmen civil servants through improving their competencies by creating a face to face and virtual training and counselling campus and some recommendations for sustainable development.

Project BOOST (573975-EPP-1-2016-1-AM-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP): Boosting Armenian Universities

Project SUCTI (2016-1-ES01-KA203-025646): Systemic University Change Towards Internationalisation
SUCTI project aims at empowering administrative staff by providing them with knowledge and skills related to their university’s internationalisation process. Administrative staff represent the backbone of universities, and if they are convinced of the importance and added value of internationalisation they can become genuine change agents. In this way, they can make a key contribution to the overall objective of the project which is to transform the internal mindset of universities and enable them to become truly internationalised institutions.

Project MIND (561539-EPP-1-2015-1-ES-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP): Management, Innovation, Development
The general aims of this project, which working area is the Central Asian Republics, are strengthen the stability of Central Asian universities and to improve the attractiveness of the educational programs, and keeping improving and developing education process in Central Asian countries by sharing best practices with teachers and students.
