Research Group

Research activities linked to CUDU are developed in close collaboration with the Organization Research Group (GRO) at UPC. This group provides the academic and scientific framework for the research projects associated with the Chair.

Doctoral Theses

CUDU actively participates in doctoral training through the supervision of doctoral theses directed by faculty members linked to the Chair. These research projects align with CUDU's strategic lines and address key issues related to governance, university management, higher education policies, and the social impact of knowledge.

Dynamics of knowledge co-production in intersectoral innovation networks

The thesis analyzes collaborations between universities and various agents of the knowledge system (productive sector, public administrations, social entities, and other institutions) as key instruments of innovation policies. The research examines collaboration networks and identifies success factors to strengthen knowledge transfer and collaborative innovation.

The library and research units: guidelines for scientific development in Peruvian universities

A doctoral thesis that analyzes the strategic role of the university library as a key actor in supporting and fostering research activity. The research examines the interaction between libraries and research units in Peruvian universities and identifies institutional guidelines to strengthen knowledge management, improve scientific production, and align university policies with international standards of evaluation and research quality.
