Training about strategy in KTH - Project WELCOME

From April 16th to 20th, 2018, the WELCOME Project organised its first Training activity at Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm (Sweden).

From April 16th to 20th, 2018, the WELCOME Project organised its first Training activity at Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm (Sweden).

In the training, staff from different services of KTH participated during the week: Viktor Kordas, Mirko Varano, Lotta Rosenfeldt, Zlatko Mitrovic, Mohammad Saleh, Anders Flodström, Karin Knutsson, Nele Stoffels, Sara Akramy, Anna Hellberg-Gustavsson, Lennart Ståhle, and Archil Chocia.

Several topics were presented and discussed during the week. The main ones were:

  • Participation in EU-funded programmes
  • KTH Relocation: enabling smooth integration of mobile students and teachers
  • Quality assurance in a project
  • Intercultural communication
  • Implementing joint International programmes
  • Implementing mobility in framewotrk of ICM
  • Internationalization in Sweden – national perspective


The next training will be hold in Tallin (Estonia) in June 2018. The main topic of this new training will be marketing and  cultural challenges. See you there!
