Study on leadership and management skills and training needs of university managers

In the framework of Telescopi network, the coordinators of the national observatories, including Telescopi Spain, are conducting a survey in order to identify gaps and needs for improvement in the existing training programs on university management, in order to provide an effective response to the needs identified. The survey is target to different profiles of university managers. Those interested in participating in the study, can access the survey available online.
