The UNESCO Chair of Higher Education of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya · BarcelonaTech hosted the training on 'Strategic Management and Local Government: Trends and Challenges' of the Erasmus+ Project called ROAD (Regional Objectives of Administrative Development). The training was coordinated by Prof. Vicenc Fernandez between 5-10 November 2017.
