CUDU organises the 1st international conference on strategic management for top Kyrgyz civil servants

The first international conference on strategic management for high public civil servants of the Kyrgyz Republic took place on the 2nd July 2014 in the frame of the project TEMPUS HONOR funded by the European Commission. The CUDU organised this conference jointly with the School of Public Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic and counted with the participation of the School of Public Administration of Catalonia and the École National of Administration of France. Other institutions that took part in this conference were the University of Nitra in Slovakia and the one of Siauliai in Lithuania, in addition to the Kyrgyz universities that are partners of the project.

The conference also offered three workshops for high civil servants focused on the following topics:

• Training Methodologies in public administration
• Training methodology and performance in public administration
• Local Development Strategy
